With a rich heritage spanning over four centuries, the Ceramic industry in Palestine has been passed down through generations, preserving its timeless essence. Our mission is to showcase these unique, high-quality Ceramics; creating opportunities for disadvantaged producers, empowering women, and preserving this traditional craft, while providing you with unique tableware at reasonable prices.

Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?

Our products are dishwasher and microwave safe, with a durable glaze that ensures the colors remain vibrant and unchanged over time. However, they are delicate and should be handled with care to prevent chipping.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Delivery in UAE happens within 3 days. We also provide same day delivery service in Dubai for premium rate. (For same day delivery service contact us on whatsapp 00971588829210) For International orders, shipping takes 1-2 weeks

Can I customized an order?

Yes, we offer custom orders for bulk quantities. We can customize favors, corporate gifts, and all your occasions by adding names, logo, specific text or colors. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and get a quote.

Can I return or exchange products?

No but we had zero requests in the past for exchange or return. However, if there was an issue with a product received, we are fully liable to refund or exchange.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Our standard box is great for gifting, you can also ask for plain gift card to include in the package so you can add your message, we also provide a message about the brand and nice shopping bag. For VIP packaging contact us to explore options that meet your needs.
