Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?

Our products are dishwasher and microwave safe, with a durable glaze that ensures the colors remain vibrant and unchanged over time. However, they are delicate and should be handled with care to prevent chipping.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Delivery in UAE happens within 3 days. We also provide same day delivery service in Dubai for premium rate. (For same day delivery service contact us on whatsapp 00971588829210) For International orders, shipping takes 1-2 weeks

Can I customized an order?

Can I return or exchange products?

No but we had zero requests in the past for exchange or return. However, if there was an issue with a product received, we are fully liable to refund or exchange.
